Our Co-Stylist Program is a comprehensive hands-on experience that provides technical skills, guest handling, and business building training. Our Co-Stylist work with a dedicated educator who helps them to grow into a career stylist. Like our stylists, our Co-Stylist Program has a performance-based phase system with 6 phases. Each phase has specific skill sets and goals that are the focus of training for that phase only.

The salon provides an environment for growth, learning, and support. It is our commitment that every co-stylist graduate from our program with a seamless transition from Co-Stylist to Stylist with the skills necessary for success in our industry. We are always on the lookout for potential Co-Stylist with passion, eagerness to learn, and a willingness to be trained and coached.
